Here's a brief insight to how I became who I am today

​​

My journey has been anything but ordinary.

​

From the fast-paced streets of London to the peaceful trails of the Camino de Santiago.  With a background in data analytics to over 20 years in corporate sales. 

​

​​​After navigating deep personal loss, fertility challenges, toxic environments and life’s unexpected twists, it became clear to me that my path was to help others reconnect with what truly matters.

 

Now a Life Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist, I empower others to move forward with clarity, courage, and purpose.​​​
